Our Mission

To enable women, and other concerned citizens, from all walks of life, to effectively lobby their legislators to amend the Equality Act.

The Equality Act was passed in the House of Representatives on February 25th, 2021 and will be voted on soon in the Senate. The Act undermines the hard-won gains women made over the last half-century.

President Biden has also issued  an Executive Order that, like the Equality Act, does not treat “sex,” “sexual orientation,” and “gender identity,” as conceptually and analytically distinct categories. Instead, both the EA and the EO place all three in the category “sex.”

What this means is that biological sex and gender identity are treated as the same, thereby negating women’s sex based rights.

If the EA is passed in the Senate, the right of men claiming female identity to participate in women’s sport, to access women’s private spaces such as locker rooms and restrooms, to be housed with women in previously sex-segregated spaces such as prisons and shelters, and to avail themselves of provisions for women intended to remedy sex-inequality, will be enshrined in federal law.

The trans lobby is richly funded and well-represented in top positions in many established women’s and human rights organizations. Our only hope to assert our interests is a massive grass-roots effort that includes heavy lobbying of our legislators. The goal of this site is to enable citizens to efficiently access the information they need to do so, and to provide useful resources for interested journalists and legislative staffers.
